Specification
25 sets welding cylinders.
12 sets of transformer & 25 sets welding cylinders must be operated together, descending & welding simultaneously. 

The longitudinal & cross wires must be pre-cut. 

Cross wire loaded into rack, auto feed into welding position. The distance of cross wires is 20~250mm. 

Pitch of longitudinal wire:100~250mm. 

Diameter of wire: dia.2~dia.6mm; dia.6~dia.12mm

Didth of mesh: 2400mm. 

Length of mesh: 10000mm

Production capacity: 
Each wire requires 1.5 second to weld. 
Welding time is different subject to diameter of wire. 

This machine can be operated 20 hours continuously(It requires 12 sets transformers).
*Construction of machine
There are three major parts of machine
1)Front-feed rack construction. 
2)Middle-welding base. 
3)Last-wire pulling by NC, feed rack for cross wires. 
1)Front-feed rack construction: 
A.To load the pre-cut wires into V groove. There are 25 sets of clamping sets which can travel to the right and left. To clamp the wires by air cylinders. Each clamping set can be disengaged and installed quickly, it can also be adjusted according to the spec & sizes required.
B.There is a 2500 mm guide way on both sides of feed rack, to push 25 sets of V grooves (for clamping the wires) to welding    position. After complete the first row of wires, V grooves return to zero point. So the pre-loading can be started. This function is designed for increasing the production capacity. To drive by 2 HP reducing motor, speed adjusted by converter.
C.All of the 25 wires are at welding position, cross wires loading automatically, then start welding. After first wires welded, welding   cylinder is not ascending, all the clamping sets return to zero point quickly, then it continue welding automatically.
